AssitIso is a young, rapidly evolving company that develops IT solutions for business, a part of the UTF GROUP.

Оur history

The idea of creating a new direction and the AssistIso company arose after we passed the certification for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard in 2011 at the UTF GROUP food processing equipment company, and the certification for compliance with the ISO 22000 standard in 2012 at the UTF GROUP food production facility.

We understood the benefits and effectiveness of the implementation of international ISO standards at our enterprises, but over time we faced a number of tasks and difficulties:
maintaining ISO documentation in its original paper form proved to be a laborious and impractical task. A huge amount of notifications, confirmations, a waste of time creating, maintaining and searching for documentation, long preparations for audits … Over time, ISO ceased to work properly and bring the desired results.

Hence the idea of automating the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 22000 product safety management system arose.

We have been looking for software for automation for a long time, at least to some extent, we studied and tried CRM systems available on the market that are designed for sales and marketing, 1C solutions that are geared towards numbers, ERP systems for production automation, but none of them met the requirements of the standards and did not integrate with them. We have not found software that covers all business processes in the company and is aimed at improving the quality of the final product and the level of customer satisfaction.

In view of this, it was decided to develop the program on our own. We have spent more than two years on development, optimization and adjustments, and have created a program that has no analogues on the market, which covers all the requirements of the standards and includes, in addition, a CRM module, a task manager and other functions and modules that greatly simplify business management and maintenance of QMS, food safety management and auditing. AssistIso allows you to make the work of each employee transparent, remove a huge amount of paper documentation, identify all the weaknesses in the company, save employees’ time, and helps the manager to analyze and monitor the results of the work of departments and key personnel.

Using the advantages of the program, we passed the audit quickly and without nonconformities, while receiving high marks from the auditors. Many of their clients face the same problem and do not know how to solve it, or they do not have enough resources and time for independent software development.

Thus, we decided to share our experience and help companies focused on product quality and safety, that have implemented or are planning to implement ISO, and offer them solutions to problems that we know firsthand, to make ISO in companies an automated working system that brings results, like we did it in ours.
