Customer management

a customer base with cards, a convenient filter system and a built-in CRM module for managing a client from the first contact to the sale, repeated contact, service request, with convenient filters, reminders, the function to save files, commercial offers, setting client status, status of the request, the stage of negotiation, the choice of a responsible manager, a group/subgroup of products, etc.

Notifications

a system for notifying employees about any changes in the company, adding new documents, deleting old ones, while tracking the time and status of viewing the notification by employees (confirmation is equated to a signature). It is possible to add a file, select the required department, filter documents by name, department.

Tasks

a built-in task manager, a system for setting, delegating, tracking tasks and corrective actions, as well as confirming the task implementation by the manager according to the organizational structure of the company, with prioritization, deadlines, etc.

Suppliers

a database of suppliers and their assessment according to predetermined criteria (for example, delivery time, delivery terms, cost, etc.), with the possibility of selection by the type of products/services provided and adding nonconformities, which are automatically passed into the “Nonconformities” table.

Knowledge base

an employee’s job folder: a document base with access, types of documents, a convenient search system.

Nonconformities

management of nonconformities – non-compliance with the requirements established by the documentation (quality management system documentation, design, technical, regulatory documentation, etc.), mistakes in documentation, complaints from consumers, nonconformities of suppliers, etc., as well as any other deviations from the norms established in the company and identified at all stages of product/service delivery) and in various departments, development, control and tracking of corrective actions (CAPA), analysis of the frequency of occurrence.

Corrective actions

the measures necessary to eliminate nonconformities are developed by the responsible person, automatically sent to the tasks to the executor, marked as “corrective action”.

Training

a plan of trainings, with the responsible person, course participants, topic, description, planned and actual date of the course.

Reporting

analysis of the performance of tasks and corrective actions, monitoring of nonconformities, requests, customers by status, country, sales funnel, analysis of sources of requests, dynamics, etc.

Export

a function provided for downloading customer and supplier databases in excel format.
